Shipping & Delivery

1. What is your delivery time?

We process orders within 1–3 days.
Delivery takes 5–17 days, depending on the product and demand.
We work hard to ensure your order is completed with the highest quality.


2. Do you offer urgent or express printing?

Not at the moment — our focus is on quality printing, and high demand may extend delivery times.
If you have a specific deadline, contact us and we’ll advise if we can assist.


3. Can I upload my own design?

Yes! Simply click Upload Your Design, choose your product, and submit your artwork.
We accept JPG & PNG.
If your file needs adjustments, our team will assist before printing. (Setup fees may apply)


4. What if I don’t have a design yet?

No problem. You can:

  • Upload inspiration

  • Request minor adjustments

  • Ask our team for design support (Get a design for just R449,99)


5. How do I know if my design is print-ready?

Once you upload your artwork, our team checks for:

  • Resolution

  • Size accuracy

  • Bleed and margins

  • Print-quality clarity
    If anything is wrong, we’ll contact you before printing.


6. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your delivery at any time.


7. Do you print in full colour?

Yes, all our prints are done in premium full colour, ensuring rich and vibrant results.


8. Can I order in bulk?

Yes! We offer bulk printing (plus discount) for:

  • Events

  • Businesses

  • Schools

  • Corporate orders
    Contact us for custom bulk pricing if you need 50+ units.


9. Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
However, if there’s a mistake on our side, we will fix or replace the item.


10. Can I change my order after submitting it?

If you need to make changes, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After printing begins, changes cannot be made.


11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Instant EFT

  • Direct checkout options supporting all major South African banks


12. Can I get a mockup before printing?

For items designed by Infomedia yes, mockups are available. 
For certain product design placement, our team may send a mockup for approval if needed before printing.


13. Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes! We ship to all regions in South Africa.


14. What types of products do you print?

We print:

15. Do I need to register an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest.
But creating an account lets you track your orders and save your designs.

1. Do you accept returns?
At this time, we do not offer refunds or returns unless an item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt.

2. What do I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

3. How do I return an item?
If eligible for a return, follow the instructions included in your return authorization email. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change your item, please return it and place a new order.

1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed in 1-3 days and shipped within 5-17 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally, you can expect your package to arrive within 5-10 business days after processing.

2. Do you offer expedited shipping?
We currently offer standard shipping only. However, we are working on offering expedited shipping in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated on the product page before adding to cart based on the size and weight of your order as well as your location. We offer free shipping on orders over R4000!

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you haven't received this information, please check your spam/junk folder or reach out to us for assistance.
